Research & Development, Product packaging development, market study, consumer survey is done by the principle.

The franchisee stock level, shelf life, space, daily sales, monthly target achievements are reported to head office through internet connectivity.

Brand - product awareness and franchisee location awareness is created by the principles through national press, radio, TV campaigns.

To make the franchisee successful all sales, stores man power training programmers are offered by principle.

To have national/regional togetherness a principle provides uniforms.

Servicing practices and guidance for cleanliness and ethics hygienic etc is offered by the company to ensure satisfaction of the customer.

Franchisee working manual & agreement will be designed by the company.

The first essential thing is to be committed, dedicated, and sure to win franchisee owner.

A small shop in the range of 150 to 200 sq.ft. located in possible area/self owned or rented is must.

Franchisee can be run by few friends or relatives coming together sharing the responsibilities, addition to ideas and even contributing the basic financial capacity required. Investment by franchisee owner is Rs.5 lakh. There is a possibility that few friends handover capital to one person who will physically run the business or few friends can become partners to run franchisee shop. Owner/ Manager active in daily operations. Two staff (Preferably ladies/girls) is essential.

Owner ready to be active in social activities in the area. Those who can contact Mahila Mandals, Credit Societies, Press reporters, School in charge are preferred.

Regular supply of items to franchisee is company's responsibility. Getting bank finance to franchisee will be suggested by the company.

Organizing social programs, get together of loyal consumers, to develop franchisee shop awareness will be done by the company.

Providing billing software programmes, network control for stock, sales, order generations etc. is responsibility of the company.
